CLOSED: Please help

I have looked & looked & ask dozen of times, trouble is these critters move so fast it is hard to get a good picture. I hope this one is OK enough to see what it is if not I will try again..Sorry.
This critter & his whole family & cousins I think were found on my clematis several leaves have been eatin, not sure if they are doing it or not. Please help

These are blister beetles (Coleoptera: Meloidae) in the genus Epicauta, likely the margined blister beetle, Epicauta pestifera - see http://tinyurl.com/nrgqn2 for an image. They can be quite damaging when they occur in large numbers.

Any 'garden variety' insecticide registered for use by homeowners (such as Sevin) should work. These beetles actually are beneficial as larvae, as they feed on the egg masses of grasshoppers.

Hope you don't mind but found this bug as well good grief is that all my plants have is these ugly bugs lol

This is a stink bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Pentatomidae), but the images are not clear enough for a more specific identification, This family includes both beneficial predators as well as plant pests; if your looks like either of the following (http://tinyurl.com/ldffgr or http://tinyurl.com/m73f8k), it may be a beneficial species.
