Is this a milkweed beetle? If so, what are the yellow winged bugs?

The tiny yellow ones look like aphids. I'm not sure on the larger ones. Are they eating the aphids?

I have both of these on my milkweed. I am sure the small yellow ones are aphids, but I don't know about the orange larger bugs.

Thanks for the info.

The larger insects appear to be nymphs of the large milkweed bug (Oncopeltus fasciatus) - see http://tinyurl.com/lxzcze for an image.
