What Spider is this?

These are rather old pictures probably atleast 4 years old, im wondering what spider this is because where havnig adispute again on how big it is, if i can find out what spider type it is i should be able to get info on ho wbig they get and there avrage size.

This spider is in the family Pisauridae (fishing/dock/nursery web spiders), possibly Dolomedes tenebrosus - see http://tinyurl.com/lpuhou for some images. These spiders can reach quite an impressive size - see http://tinyurl.com/ny7n9k
