I noticed a dark spot on my tomato plant leaf yesterday , so i cut the leaf off and looked at it under a microscope and it has these tiny little egg pods which under the microscope look like little sea shells. They have vertical ridges from the top to the bottom of the little things. They are tan and white. Do you know what they are? Besides gone from my tomato plant.
I took this picture with a micro lens so enlarge the picture and look closely.
Thanks everyone

Char- no idea, but am interested to find out too. Great picture.
i'm going to say that they are probably something in the stink bug or squash bug family, including leaf footed bugs.
No trackinsand, I don't think they are, these are tiny eggs, took a MACRO Lens to shoot this picture.
The leaf looked darker green on the top so i looked on the back of the leaf and thats how i found them. Thanks for the input
