I would love some Liatris Pixie!... PLEASE!!!
Color?
Celeste - Sure - editing as we go is very helpful. I will edit the lists above once our internet satellite is fixed, and I don't have to type on my phone. I love seeing what people want and what others are planning to bring if they have things they want to share. BTW, Hank is planning to cook fresh corn in our outdoor fireplace since the corn here should still be coming in.
Thank you, Hank!
(Pretend you see a smiley face here!). I guess phones can't really smile.
Your doing great with what you have Louise.
Its beyond me how the new electronic age works but keep it comming I say
I will bring an apple raspberry crisp.
I don't have a lot of plants ready to divide yet, I could bring sweet woodruff and Heritage raspberries.
I could bring some floral notecards.
How about coleus cuttings, just the cut parts I wont have time to root. I can bring tons in a cooler.
Maybe some rooted.
I will snag some cuttings that I don't already have Ge... does anyone want to try and overwinter the double impatiens??? I can pot some up for you guys... if you do... I just cut some of the agastache I have to see if it will root by then.. don't think so .. but it's worth a shot
I'll cut every cuttable coleus I have if the frost doesnt get them.
Its going down to 47 tomorrow night. I might cut some now and put them in water just to avoid the frost. Three weeks is a bit long, they would definatly be well rooted.
I dont have anumore room for annuals.Coleus is Us.
All of the above sounds terrific! I can't personally take any annuals or many cuttings in the car, but I,m sure others can. Speak up folks about what plants you want people to bring when they are offered. Debi - I'd like some raspberries if you end up with enough. Less than 3 weeks now!!
I will bring chip and a dip or two.
Thank you, Memory!! That will be great!
I have some 'autumn joy' and 'brilliant' sedums if anyone would like. The two look identical to me, but I know which is which for you to choose.
I also dug up a mature hardy hibiscus named 'plum crazy'. Link to PF: http://davesgarden.com/guides/pf/go/40945/ The flowers are huge, but I just can't keep the japanese beetles off it. I've had it growing bigger and bigger here for the last four years. Who wants it?
Harper
You can't have too many sedums, in my opinion, Harper! Bring 'em on! I'm sure someone will want your hardy hibiscus as well!! Thank you! I'll add them to the list above.
i'll take the hibiscus harper - interested in a kerria found i have two
Bill
louise so want to copy and paste the list i posted on the other thread of the stuff i'm bringing?
Bill - I didn't think of copying and pasting it! LOL. I did print it and add it though. I love making work for myself!
If anyone has not yet listed a pot-luck lunch dish, please do that sooner than later, as the rain in the next couple of days will likely cause me to lose the ability to update the list for everyone.
Yes! I'm interested in the kerria! What color does it bloom? I've had a yellow one on my wish list for a long time now.
Okay, I haven't added anything to the food list. I have no idea what to bring, so I'll just say I'll bring some dessert.
Harper
Dessert it is, Harper! Surprise us! LOL Thanks!
harper it is yellow with a double blossom
I'm getting excited now, cant wait to be there.
Louise, I'll be bringing deviled eggs as well----hubby commanded me!
oh, goodie, Marilyn. Yours are sooo good! Thanks!!
My candy lillies are producing seed - anyone want bright orange candy lilly seeds or little seedlings?
Yes, Seeds please!
Sure! Those look really interesting!
Memory, I will have to update the plants you are bringing tomorrow (or after the rain ends and my computer is back online) because when I tried to edit to add your candylilies, I got an error message that said I had exceeded my permissible number of edits for the day. Oooooops. I didn't know of that limit. gulp.
what is a candy lilly?
It's a lily that turns men into candies if they own them.
my wife does not have a big sweet tooth or i would be all over them!!
LOL! You're too much! I checked the Plant Files and the candylilies look really pretty!
Louise, Your allowed 5 edits per day ^_^ and the Lupines seeds are yours.
