I have some plumeria seeds and was wondering when do I start them for next year. I live in SC, do they need a greenhouse?

I think they are hardy only to zone 9 and above, & then only if in a protected area. I saw them growing in Phoenix, but they were mostly next to buildings.... so, not knowing what zone you're in, you probably need to at least be able to cover them.
I live on the coast of Sc and I have to keep mine indoors for the winter. I am too chicken to leave them out to survive on their own.
