What kind of spider?

These kind of spiders seem to be nocturnal in nature, for it hides inside the Rose's petals for many hours during the day. Please help I.D.

It's very difficult to tell as no details can be seen in this image, but it might be in the family Theridiidae (cobweb/comb-footed spiders). It does bear a superficial resemblance to those in the genus Argyrodes - see http://tinyurl.com/raoz7d for an example. Spiders in this genus normally make their living as kleptoparasites, 'stealing' meals captured in other spiders' webs.

Thank you, I'll try to take some better photos when opportunity permits for a possitive I.D. soon.
