CLOSED: Just found these on my Sunflower leaves
This is an assassin bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Reduviidae), a voracious predator on other small arthropods. Large specimens are capable of delivering a painful 'bite' should you pick one up, but they otherwise are harmless to humans.

I am trying to holistically battle ants, aphids and cockroaches in that particular area. I was attempting to cultivate a lady bug population. But I'll take the assassins for sure!
