These little beauties are all over my garden. I know they're a skipper, but not sure which exact kind. Can anybody tell me? (Closest match I saw in the bug files was a Leonard skipper, I think... but I want to make sure before I add the photo to the file.)

I spent a few weeks one day trying to ID some in my yard, so I won't be much help... But this site has a list of grass skippers (subfamily Herperiinae) reported in your state, so you can narrow it down:
