Wanted: Blue Rose of Sharon seeds

Fort Worth, TX(Zone 8a)

What cute donkeys. You can tell by looking they are spoiled. And, Charley is a handsome fella.

Snarly, it sounds like you have got them growing! Congratulations!! Persistence does pay off. I'm proud of you.

The sweetgrass is easy to transplant. It may sulk and look bad at first but will come back fine.

Nothing special about braiding ~ a bundle about the size of a nickle make a nice braid. I've done it both ways but think it's easier to handle and makes a more attractive braid if done while green. The grass will shrink while drying so make the braid fairly tight.

I do have a bloom of my Double Rose of Sharon.
It is very pretty, got little ants crawling on it too.
