Will pine mulch harm fruit trees.. Cherry/Apple.& Bradford Pear

No.

It might provide a fluffy cover for small furry mammals that like to gnaw on the bark of fruit trees, though. That would be harmful.

Might harm a Bradford Pear - the weight of one pine needle is enough to make one of these split to pieces ;-)
