CLOSED: CLOSED: Amazing little caterpillar?? inchworm??

West Mifflin, PA(Zone 6b)

While I was having a rest from digging in the garden I spotted this little (approx 1/4 inch) guy in my potted rosemary plant. At first I thought it was just one of the blue flowers since my rosemary is blooming, but then the bloom moved! He appears to have taken bits of blossom and covered his back with them, perhaps an effort to camoflauge himself? I've never seen anything like him and was intrigued as to what he was and how did he do that! Anyone have a clue? Whatever he is, he sure is "purty" :)

Thanks Melody! How interesting! I had no idea what he was so I couldn't search for the name- thanks for the link :)
