Morning folks! Thank you!

I'm feeling much better.Already I'm sick of bed/chair rest but will follow the doctors orders. And I wouldn't want Nurse Hurd knocking on my door ^_^ (just kidding,I would love it.LOL.)

Maybe we can get the trailer experiment going by the end of the week if you all haven't started it?

Taft, TX(Zone 9a)

good morning, Jan!!! So happy you are home and back with us!!!
I have to read those instructions over and over............I have a great trailer, Glitter Fountain, a standard, but do I really have to take all the leaves off but four?????????

Maybe I should pick another one...........this one might be too big.

Good Morning Jan .. So glad you are feeling better! I think it's probably a good sign if you are going stir crazy with bed/chair rest but, it usually means one is feeling much better when we get to the point where we want to be doing something besides sitting in a chair or in bed! But, please listen to the doctors orders and don't over do it.

Gail: That is such pretty foliage on that AV! Is that a trailer? I didn't realize GF was a trailer, sure is a lovely plant.

I haven't been following so I don't know what experiment y'all are doing but it will be interesting to watch and learn! I love the looks of trailing AV's but have never had any luck. I tried a mini trailer once and it kicked the bucket quickly and I thought someone gave me a leaf or maybe a small plant of one called Glitter Fountain once but I don't remember it being a standard, thought it had tiny leaves so I may just be remembering that name from one of the past threads.

Jannich - SO glad you are feeling better!

Gail - "ugly now, beauty later". That's the theory on trailers.

I've got a few decent size trailers, too, so will read up on the Japanese method . . . may have to play catch-up.

"' I'm sick of bed/chair rest but will follow the doctors orders. And I wouldn't want Nurse Hurd knocking on my door :-) (just kidding,I would love it.LOL.)"
Be careful what you wish for...so to speak, LOL! I'm gonna to pick one today, I know I have something small on one of my light stands...somewhere...I'm one of those old fogies that forgets which one's are trailers, and pinches out all the suckers! Gaaack!.

I have been in bed, even in our hotel while hubby hunted for a new home this last week. He showed me his favorite three homes and the best was last! Been in my chair for 2 1/2 months. I KNOW how awful it is. I am hoping you feel better very soon! Gets on the nerves. Take it slow. Dave's is a good place to hang out and get your mind on fun things!

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Sorry to hear you are feeling that unwell Sally. Hope a new place brings good things to you.

(Zone 1)

Ok folks ... where is the thread where you are talking about experimenting with Trailing AV's?

Land of OZ, CT(Zone 6a)

Dunno how you surf the forum--I don't know how to linkon this forum, sooooo.....Go to the thread titled "How to grow trailers the Japanese way"

The bouquet is lovely. No, everyone gets ill and you were ill. You are not complaining, just stating the facts. I am glad you are making progress and getting better. :)

I have just been pretty unlucky with my health and spent lots of time in chairs and bed. Since in my early 20's. I am blessed my family is wonderful. I just miss a lot, but everyone doesn't have perfect health. Just in my late 40's, I keep hoping to get better. Dizziness is really not fun. Everyone else in the family, parents, etc, are very healthy.

Miss Lin,I got your card yesterday.Thank you! The hospital forwarded it to the house.
