i have no clue what is is all i know is it has a stinger but isn't a wasp or any kind of bee i have ever seen, it has infested our house.

A clearer image would really help - it bears a superficial resemblance to a black soldier fly (Hermetia illucens; Diptera: Stratiomyidae) - see http://tinyurl.com/pscnpc - but the antennae appear too long.
