Was just wondering if anyone here knows the right time to collect the seeds of the Smooth Sumac. Right now mine has the red drupes of berries on it, but I don't know when to collect. Thanks

Hi, I realize that your questions was asked months ago but there is next year. I have seeds of Rhus typhina that I have harvested from my son's tree. When the clusters of berries are red in the fall, they are ready for harvest.
