Healthy Living Support Thread Aug. 8 - 15

Here is the new thread for the week. I hope we see lots of connections from family members. Newcomers are always welcome.

I made the cake mix into the Watergate cake only I made it 5 miniloaves & they won't have the rich toppings. Lots of people want only a thin slice of cake for dessert.

I hope Pebble is ok. You are thru with all types of radiation now aren't you, Pebble? The chemo is still ongoing tho isn't it? You are in my prayers for a total recovery.

The printer is now installed and should be working fine. I guess the camera is too tho I don't know that for sure. Kyle has so many hours of work to do to get everything reinstalled.

It is so hot here compared to what we have been having this summer. Of course the cooler temps are why few people are having good tomato yields. The zuke growers seem to be doing fine tho. I've seen some huge ones come to the store to be shared with volunteers.

Sue, how is your DH's foot/feet? What was the problem? I wish him the best.

I need to get ready for bed. I want to get the mini loaves and the sf impossible apple pie to the bake sale as early as possible. I think it is suppose to start at 8. Maybe 9. They are planning on ending at 3. Sooner if they sell everything.
