Found this in my lounge room. Can anyone identify it? It was about 7cm long. Location is Melbourne, Australia.

It certainly looks like a mole cricket and they are found on every continent save Antarctica. Below is a link for more info.

Thanks, based on that info, it definitely looks like a male mole cricket. We had heavy rain recently, so maybe it lost its burrow and decided to look indoors.
