What is this insect?

This is the second time i've seen one of these insects and I have no idea what it is. It has two big "crab" like feelers on the front.

Not an insect, but a tiny arachnid called a pseudoscorpion - see http://tinyurl.com/lubjn5. They are general predators on other small arthropods, and are harmless to humans.
