strange insect on desert rose

Little Rock, AR(Zone 7b)

Does anyone know what this insect is on my Desert Rose. It is very tiny almost like a large ant but has a very skinny body. Was hard to good a good picture because it is so small.

These could be very young nymphs of an assassin bug (Hemiptera/Heteroptera: Reduviidae), but a clearer image is needed to be sure.

Augusta, GA

They are immature assassin bugs, and these will not damage the plants. They feed on other insects and are beneficial in a garden.
