CLOSED: Good or Bad?

(Zone 1)

Anyone recognize this beetle type thingy and whether it's good or bad? There are quite a few crawling around the flower bed at the base of a Schefflera tree in my backyard. I'm not too concerned about them because there are little Anole lizards hunting them! I've never seen them around before and am just curious.

Last photo. There is some webbing that looks like spider webs at the base of this Schefflera tree too ... don't know if that is where they are coming from or not. Maybe the tree is rotting away and will die soon (I Wish!)

Anyway ... I just went back out there and the little lizards seem to be taking care of these bugs.

They're Florida Predatory Stinkbugs, Euthyrhynchus floridanus, considered to be a beneficial species. I think the webbing is from something else.
