A Brazilian friend has send me a picture of this delicate beautiful insect and would love its name. The location is Paraty on the west Atlantic Coast Brazil.

Unless someone on this forum is familiar with the insect fauna of Brazil, I doubt that you will get much beyond knowing that it is a praying mantis.
