Very pretty Lavina

Congrats! Heavenly Blue was one of the first ever MGs I grew years ago, along with Grandpa Otts MG and Scarlett O'Hara. Enjoy those sky blue flowers!

Lavina - The contrast of the bright pink and deep blue is outstanding! Very, very nice display! :-) Makes it worth getting up early in the morning to see, doesn't it? :-)

Yelp and wish I had other colors other than a small pink one. Will try and find some next year.
I had a blue with white edges but none of those seeds came up.

Lavina - Dmail me later this Winter and I will see what MG seeds I have to share with you for postage. I am sure I can give you some other cultivars (with other colors of blooms) to grow next Spring/Summer! :-)

Joeswife will they stay till next spring? If so I'll take them anytime I can get them. I am enjoying them, when I came out the door this AM 2 were looking right at me as they are over the bannister now.

Some of my seeds are three to four years old and still germinate when conditions are given..

dont ya just love to get a flower in the face when ya walk out your back door? I know I do!

(Becky) in Sebastian, FL(Zone 10a)

I received some JMG seeds this year that were from 2004 and they germinated just fine. I am not sure how old the oldest JMG seed was to actually germinate, but I bet it was quite old! LOL! I wonder if it was an I. purpurea? :-)

Debra - I agree ... nothing like a beautiful bloom to greet you first thing in the morning!
