ground cover with word "popcorn" in it

San Diego, CA

I'm trying to track down the name of a ground cover I want to plant, I think its common name has the word "popcorn" in it. It's greener with a little shade, redder in direct sunlight. Does this ring any bells with anyone? Thank you! Bonnie

If you google ground cover+popcorn, the one that comes up most is ranunculus repens....Buttered Popcorn. Is this it?

Thanks. I don't think it is--I found that online and it doesn't look like the plant I'm looking for. I think I have the wrong name.

Can you describe a little more about the plant--how big are the leaves? What do the flowers look like? I've grown some sedums that are green but can be redder when it gets more sun, is it maybe one of those? I can't think of any with popcorn in the name though.

There's a 'pork and beans' sedum that is red and green.
