Looks like a garden orb web spider but really need a closer sharper photo, what size is it and what is the geographical location?

It was fairly large for spiders found in the house, i'd say about the size of a dollar coin.
Found in Arizona. Southwest North America

I think it's a wolf spider but the photo is just not clear enough to make 100% id.

This does not look at all like a wolf spider; it might be in the family Tengellidae (no common name) - see http://tinyurl.com/lyxnos for an image of one from California.
