Help! My OTs and orientals are getting pea-sized black spots on their leaves with yellow haloes, then the plants are defoliating from the ground up. What can I do? Are they doomed? Thanks for any advice!

Not doomed, but need to be sprayed in a hurry with a fungicide / copper solution. Use it on the ground around your lilies, too. Clean up any affected foliage and don't touch any 'clean' foliage until you wash your hands and any instruments.
