How to germinate Ylang Ylang

I want to sow seeds of Ylang Ylang and black coral pea, also Puya Alpestri-sapphire tower. Can anyone help me so I don't lose my seed for nothing? I'm new with tropical seeds. Also is this time of year ok to sow? I will keep in greenhouse over the winter.

Be patient-keep soil moist and warm. Once seedling is 6inches tall. Transplant to individual
pot. Grows fairly quickly 3 foot in 2 years, take 3 more years to bloom.
hardy to zone 10.
