CLOSED: What kind of Spider is This?

This is near my back door. Thought at first it was a wolf spider, until I saw the beautiful coloring. Is this a good or bad spider? Should I 'move' it's web?

It's a Black and Yellow Argiope, Argiope aurantia. They're good to have around, but I suppose it could bite if you messed with it. If it were at my house and the web wasn't blocking the door or anything, I'd leave it.
