i don't know which one this is exactly but there are a lot of them around right now. they have a habit of flying into people but they don't bite or sting.
if you turn them over and rub their stomach, they spread their legs out and go limp. it's kind of funny really.
anyway, here is a shot (not my hand) of one today on his back. the underside is almost a bronze color.
