CLOSED: unknown moths

I have pics of two unknowns taken in Newfoundland, Canada...the first looks like it should be easy to ID for those familiar with moths and butterflies.

This one will probably be more challenging..the tail end bent upwards which might help in the ID

The first is a Crambid (snout moth) Eurrhypara hortulata or Small Magpie.

The second looks like one in the genus Pero in the Geometridae family. It might be possible to narrow it down further, I'm not sure.

Thanks!

According to the list of moths found in Newfoundland, it would be Pero morrisonaria

That makes sense from what I can find about ranges online for Pero moths. I wonder if the Small Magpie is listed, it's a recent arrival from Eurasia.

I've seen that other moth around here for years...only now got around to photographing it and getting an ID. But, Newfoundland is often early to get new European introductions as we are the closest geographically to them!
