CLOSED: Eastern comma or Question Mark?

Fayette, IA(Zone 4b)

I couldn't get a decent ventral shot, but can someone tell from this dorsal view which it is? And it would help me a lot if you could explain how you know.

The Question Mark has four spots where yours has three - not sure which comma it might be, though I'll look into it and see if I can figure out how to show where the other spot would be

A little sloppy, but you get the idea. (they'd be black, not yellow, obviously):

Thanks, that was helpful. Just based on what commas are common to our area, it pretty much has to be the Eastern.
So, is this in fact a question mark? I think there are 4 spots.

Now this has what looks like a comma to me:

Can anyone else give me more tips on distinguishing the two?
