Hello.
I found this creature earlier today just above the tiles of the sink in my bedroom. It was a millimeter or less in size, and it has two strange pincer-like things *in addition* to having eight legs. So I don't even know if it's an insect.
Any help with identifying it would be greatly appreciated.

This is a pseudoscorpion, a tiny arachnid related to spiders and scorpions. They are general predators on other small arthropods, and are completely harmless to humans.

I had a feeling it might be an arachnid or something similar because it had eight legs, but it looked more like an insect.
