Found in Kaluga region.
CLOSED: Please, help identify this lepidopterous.
I believe that this is a burnet moth (Lepidoptera: Zygaenidea), possibly in the genus Zygaena - see http://tinyurl.com/lo5tg2 for an example. Unlike most moths, these are diurnal.
