This scary spider is unlike anything I've ever seen in my garden. I found it hanging out in an outside pot with my dahlias. It is pretty fast and very creepy. I am sorry the photo isn't more clear, I was shaking in fear of the thing. What is it? I know nothing about spiders.
This is a jumping spider (family Salticidae). They can give a painful nip, but are not dangerous.
