I found this bulb when I was walking my dog. I've had it in a mixture of mud and miracle grow. any chance it will sprout?

Can't really tell much from your picture, but I'd get rid of the mud and just use the Miracle Gro--otherwise it's going to be too easy to overwater it and make it rot.
