I have Phlox paniculata seeds and I am not sure how deep to plant them. Do they need light, lots of water, etc. Any assistance appreciated.

Hi: Acording to the Parks success with seeds it says to completely cover the seed as it needs darkness to germinate. I would do a light sprinkling of media over the seed.
