A week or so ago, Moby posted a picture of a lily named Trogon.

I have been trying to track this flower down. It was hybridized by a gentleman named Warren Summers from Michigan.
Warren tells me the flower is in production now and should be available in catalogs in the next couple of years.
I first saw Trogon at the new England Lily Society show about 8 years ago. For a while it was available through the PNW Lily Society and Hartle-Gilman. A wonderful lily that I await with great anticipation.

I remember that picture. I believe it was the need to change my bib after seeing that picture that I decided I NEEDED that lily! lol

I went to the new England Lily Society Show yesterday and met Warren again. He had come to the show because it was their 50th anniversay show. Nice man to chat with. He has some really neet seedlings. I will make a seperate post if I got any decent pictures.
