This is a type of Orb Weaver, likely a Cross Spider. They are not harmful to humans, but they are to many pest bugs around your home. :)

Till one year ago I enjoyed spider company around my house, but now I have an infant and I’m worry.
Specially we have widow spiders outside of house.
I know a person who lost his life because of brown recluse. The bite is rare but if it happen it would be disaster.
