Bindweed Wanted / Convolvulus

Birmingham, United Kingdom

Hi

Some of you might have various bindweeds, let's say Calystegia, Convolvulus or Ipomoea.

I like things that are hardy like old boots, well my boots are hard and hardy saved my toes being chopped a few times.

What have people got here?

I am going to keep them in pots on a crack free terrace and dispose of in a sensible manner if they turn out to be demons...

I have got a few things to trade if you d-mail me most are non morning glory but still fun..I might have a few.

I know it's just not me who has a passion for convolvulus there is someone else here (cough stand up and wave your tendril if you please.

And please don't rip off my corolla for asking, be gentle to me!

There are various mg's and such that grow rampant in my part of Florida, but sending them to the UK doesn't work - lost several dollars when the plants/seeds/cuttings I was sending got confiscated.

I am surprised that cuttings or plants would survive 10 days in transit. I would guess only seeds could be sent. Sorry I don't have any...

Imzadi, you really want bindweed?!!! You really should consider doing some research before getting this one started - I can't believe you don't have it in your yard.
