CLOSED: Nest ID & disposition

Need help identifying this nest. It is hanging in a rose bush. Resembles a small tennis ball in a sock. Should I take any action?

I'd keep an eye on it for entertainment. It looks so interesting. Probably a bird we don't have down here. Very neat.

It looks like an oriole's nest. I'd just watch it to see what bird might come and go.
