sheesh. As I open this thread, I looked up and realized we're already at 4000 + 2. Congrats Dave and Trish! Why, I remember when we were celebrating the 800th member :0)

Zany: The number of a user is not actually their actual position of signup. Generally, the numbers increment correctly, but there are some empty spots that get skipped over, for various technical reasons.

There really is no #3 member, for example.

So, anyway, I count the members by how many there actually are, as opposed to what the most recent usernumber is.

It looks like there are 20 or so numbers that are untaken, and never will be.

But, I remember awhile back that we were taking bets on when it was supposed to happen, and I bet that it would be the exact time that my first child was born, which isn't until the 23rd! Oh well, I never win anything anyway! LOL
