This appears to be a green lynx spider (Peucetia viridans; family Oxyopidae) - see http://tinyurl.com/my7rwy for an image and detailed information. There is a jumping spider (family Salticidae) quite similar in appearance, but it lacks the conspicuous leg spines characteristic of lynx spiders, and has the enlarged front eyes typical of jumping spiders - see http://tinyurl.com/mnqmo5 for an image.
