I live in West Texas and have a hybrid burmuda grass. When I mow, I see small light green insects jumping all over the place! Does anyone know what these could be and if they will cause damage to my yard??
Little green bugs go crazy when I mow!
I did a little more online research and I am pretty sure I have a problem with 'leafhoppers' of some kind or another. I also saw they can do substantial damaget to newly planted lawns...I have 2 new huge burms which are suffering and I have really noticed these leafhoppers in that area of the yard...Does anyone know how to get rid of these guys??
i'd spray with neem. it will probably take more than one round to kill them all....maybe spray a week apart.
