Hi,
While checking how my lily bulbs were doing early last January I found these tiny guys inside the potting soil made from Coco peat. Size is from 3-4mm.

Arcitalitus sylvaticus really looks like mine but there is another one called Arcitalitus dorrieni
but I don't find pics of it on the web.

Anyone knows more?

It does look indeed very much like the one in the link you gave maccionoadha and certainly will be in the same genus, but it looks much bigger than mine with size 3-4mm..
