As two how many you want to grow , it's a ratio though , I guess ,

Here a non thinned group , that up beside those above this year Three or four plants there , one partial or old seed cone , (if I recall correctly )

If your Pow wow does not germinate soon , the odds of them doing so will drop dramatically ,
You might get one , if you run them through wintersow again , that is , if they were not commercial seed , commercial seed of Pow Wow you can start anytime of year ,

But commercial seeds will often freeze to death during winter (i don't know why as to that )
