Texas Gardening: Hello everybody! Intro and question...., 1 by Texnerd

Though I'm from Iowa originally, I saw a magnificent Joe Pye specimen once growing in a ditch in Kentucky years ago and it was covered in butterflies. I realize they're not native to central Texas, but given the right conditions, is it worth a shot?
