Tropicals & Tender Perennials: Am I doing something wrong?, 1 by Kell

Most of these are just cuttings I was growing because I have not had the heart to toss them. But some are seedlings about to bloom and a few affected really bad were very special seedlings from this yyear. Plus red and Suzanne were affected though they seem to have their end leaves OK so I am hoping they will be OK!.
