Aloha I also have the Tacca nivea(white batflower), I have 2 of them, they have yet to have a seedpod, but I'm keeping my fingers crossed~ Janet sorry to hear about your white tacca......have you grown the Black?? it seems to be easier to grow~Here's a picture of a ripe seedpod from my Black batflower, they take quite a few months to ripen, and the seeds aren't viable for very long after they ripen....Debra~
