Insect and Spider Identification: CLOSED: Mostly transparent small little flyer, 1 by vitrsna

There are two whispy filaments that probably come from the body of the insect but in the photo look like they are coming from a wing tip. There are two filaments although the photo only appears to be showing one. Mostly I see these insects on the walls. This is the first time i've noticed one on a flower. Do we know what this is?
