Your apple tree should be fine with 4 different grafts.
The Stella cherry is self-fruitful.
Most peaches are self pollinating, but, you usually get more fruit if you have two different varities.
Bartlett pear - Pears require two different varieties for proper pollination. You should still get some fruit.

Apples and pears are close relatives, that may help as the bees go from tree to tree.
