Good news is, it is starting to grow new foliage again. The bad news is, the same white "spots" (insects?) that have plagued all of the other leaves in the past are again, affecting the new foliage. Please have a look at the close up photo of one of the new leaves and below in the next post, a photo of one of the older leaves that remain on the tree. Should I be removing these old badly affected leaves? I am afraid to take too many leaves off.

Does anyone know what is causing this recurrent problem?
